摘 要:在超大面积深基坑工程中,“中心岛顺作、周边环板逆作”的设计方法具有非常明显的优势,该方法在节省基坑工程造价和工期的同时,又保护了周边环境,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。本文以仲盛商业中心单体50000 m2深基坑工程为背景,详细介绍了“中心岛顺作、周边环板逆作”设计方法的适用条件、总体设计及工况流程,并着重讨论了该设计方法的关键技术对策,其中包括浅层围护、周边地下一层环板代支撑、周边留土放坡、竖向支承系统。该设计方法将会得到更广泛的应用和更大发展。The excavation method of "Central part by bottom-up method and peripheral part by top-down method" has the advantage in the super large deep excavation engineering. The project cost and the time limit for the project were saved by using the new method, and the surrounding environment was protected. It was proved that this method had good economic and social benefits. The application of "Central part by bottom-up method and peripheral part by top-down method" excavation design method in the Zhongsheng Commercial Central Building with the single area of 50000 m2 was introduced. The application condition, overall design concept and operating model flow were also introduced. The key design techniques including exterior-protected construction of shallow layer, the top-down method of substituting level bracing system by basement slabs, surrounding slope protection in passive soils and vertical supporting system were presented. The new design method was used successful in the project and more applications of the method will done in the similar projects in the future.
