摘　　要：南京某住宅楼拟采用土钉支护,后由于业主临时要求改变地下室设计,施工方将基坑超挖1 m,引起基坑内壁出现裂缝渗水,并且裂缝进一步发展,采用了竖向土钉结合自进式锚杆进行加固,取得了良好效果。The foundation pit of a residence building in Nanjing was designed to be retained by soil nailing walls, then the owners wanted to modify the basement design, and the builders excavated the pit 1 m more than the initial design, some cracks appeared and water seepage occurred. The cracks were wider and wider, then the vertical soil nails were used to reinforce the foundation pit, and a very good effect was achieved.
