摘 要:应用免疫组织化学方法对非鸣禽环鸽(Strepto pelia risoria)脑中雌激素受体(ER)的分布进行了定位研究。结果发现:(1)ER在间脑的视前区、旁嗅叶、下丘脑腹内侧、腹外侧区及中脑丘间核(ICo)水平有广泛分布:(2)大量脑啡肽(met-ENK)和 ER双标神经元集中分布在中脑丘间核的背内侧亚核(DM)中。结果提示:在鸟类可能存在一条联系发声、听觉和内分泌系统的神经网络。The distribution of estrogen receptors (ER) and double-labelling of ER with metenkephalin immunoreactive (ENK-ir ) neurons in the brain of ring dove (Streptopelia risoria ) were studied by immunohistochemistry. The result s showed that: (1) The nucleus preopti cus anterior, lobus parolfactorius of diencephalon, the nucleus ventromedialis hypothalami, the nucleus lateralis hypothalami and the nucleus intercollicularis were stained strongly in positive immunoreaction display by the anti-H222sp γ antibody ; (2)Many ER-binding cells in the nucleus intercollicularis (ICo ) and donble-labelling of E R with ENK-ir neurons in the dorsomedial subregion of ICo (DM) were localized by immunohistochemistry. Since some brain regions with rich met-enkephalin-positive somata which are involved in sexal behavior and endocrine regulation, the present data suggest that a possible pathway of vocal- auditoryendocrine system in which ICo serve to integrate auditory responsive projections linking midbrain and neurosecretory hypothalamus exists in the brain of avian.
