钙调素拮抗剂对大鼠早孕的影响

摘　　要：在大鼠孕７天子宫内一次注入钙调素拮抗剂──氯丙嗪（ｃｈｌｏｒｐｒｏｍａｚｉｎ ｈｙｄｒｏｃｈｌｏｒｉｄｉ， ＣＰＺ）观察其对大鼠妊娠的影响。结果表明：ＣＰＺ具有显著的抗生育作用，抗生育率为９８％。用药后卵巢及子宫组织内钙调素的含量及血清孕酮的水平明显降低。用免疫组化法研究卵巢内钙调素的定位分布，表明ＣＰＺ使卵巢内钙调素颗粒明显减少，黄体退化，且钙调素染色颗粒减少尤为显著。由此推断：钙调素在大鼠妊娠过程中起着重要作用，且与性激素密切相关。A single injection of a selective antagonist of calmodulin (CaM),into the uterus of 7th day pregnant rat showed a marked effect on fertility. The rate of anti fertility after injection was 98%. Injection of CPZ into rat uterus decreased the CaM content in the tissues of ovary and uterus as well as the serum progesterone level. The distribution of CaM in the ovary was observed by means of immunohistochemical technique. The stained particles of CaM.in the rat ovaries of the experimental group were much less than those in the control group. Moreover, the corpus luteum showed degenerative changes and contained less amount of CaM. The experimental results indicated that CaM plays an important role in the process of rat pregnancy, and its function is closely related to the actions of sexual hormones.
