摘　　要：目的:建立 HPLC 法测定豆腐果苷片中豆腐果苷含量。方法:采用 C_(18)柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),以水-冰醋酸-乙腈(94:1:5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长270nm。结果:豆腐果苷在0.5～60μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999。方法的精密度、重复性、回收率、稳定性均较为理想。结论:方法简单灵敏、重复性好,可作为豆腐果苷片的含量测定方法。Objective：To establish an HPLC method to determine helicidum in helicidum tablets. Method：A Merk C18 column （5 μm,4. 6 mm ×250 mm） was used. The mobile phase was water- glacial acetic acid -acetonitrile （94： 1： 5） with the speed of 1.0 mL · min^-1. Temperature of column was 30 ℃. λ =270 nm. Results：The linear range of helicidum was within 0. 5 - 60 μg · mL ^- 1, r = 0. 9999. Conclusion ： The method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of helicidum in helicidum tablets.
