摘　　要：目的:建立 HPLC 法测定肉苁蓉不同品种中8-表马钱子苷酸的含量。方法:Hypersil ODS-2色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(9:91),流速1.0mL·min^(-1),柱温25℃,检测波长235nm。结果:8-表马钱子苷酸在0.06～0.48μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=2.2%(n=5)。结论:本法操作简便快速,灵敏准确,可用于肉苁蓉药材的质量控制。Objective： To establish an RP- HPLC method for determination of 8 -epiloganic acid in Herba Cistanches. Method：The analysis was carried on a Hypersil ODS - 2 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） eluted with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 4% phosphoric acid （9：91 ） at the column temperature 25 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1 and determination wavelength was 235 nm. Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 06 -0.48 μg with a regression coefficient of 0. 9999, the average recovery was 98.0% with RSD of 2.2% （n = 5）. Conclusion ：The method is proved to be quick, simple and high sensitive.
