摘 要:目的:测定卷柏属植物中3种双黄酮类化合物—穗花杉双黄酮、扁柏双黄酮和银杏双黄酮的含量。方法:采用胶束毛细管电泳法系统分离双黄酮。压力进样1.38×10~5Pa,9 s;运行时间35min;电压20kV(恒压分析);柱温25℃;检测波长280nm;运行缓冲液为胆酸钠系统(10mmol·L^(-1)硼酸钠,15mmol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠,40mmol·L^(-1)胆酸钠)-乙腈(3:2),pH=7.0。结果:通过对表面活性剂、pH 和有机改进剂的优选确定了最佳缓冲液比例,在该系统条件下,供试品中的3种双黄酮被很好分离并定量。结论:该方法可以用来控制卷柏属药材的质量。方法简便、准确。Objective : To determine the contents of three biflavonoids-amentoflavone, hinokiflavone and ginkegetin in Selaginellae plants. Method:A capillary electrophoretic method was established and a suitable electrolyte was selected for the biflavonoids separation. Injection mode:1. 38 × 10^5 Pa for 9 s;run time:35 rain;applied voltage :20 kV (constant voltage) ;cartridge temperature :25 ℃ ;running buffer solution:sodium cholate system( 10 mmol · L^-1 sodium borate, 15 mmol· L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 40 mmol· L^ -1 sodium cholate) - acetonitrile ( 3: 2 ), pH :- 7.0. Results : The contents of the three biflavonoids in Selaginellae plants could be determined within 35 min. The effects of surfactant concentration, pH value and the proportion of organic modifier on the migration behavior of the solution were also investigated. Conclusion :The results showed that the method could be used for controlling the quality of Selaginellae plants. The method is simple,accurate and scientific.
