摘  要:目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定人尿中砷含量。方法:使用镀层石墨管、塞曼背景校正,用氯化钯、高锰酸钾和 Triton X-100处理样品,在193.7nm 波长处测定。结果:测定尿砷浓度的线性范围10~100ng·mL^(-1)(r=0.9993),定量下限10ng·mL^(-1);石墨管管内 RSD 为6.23%~4.74%,管间 RSD 为6.30%~4.26%;方法回收率99.60%~102.9%;20,40,100ng·mL^(-1)质控 RSD 为10.63%,7.88%,5.57%;测定了158名住院病人尿砷含量,75.95%的尿样砷含量低于定量下限,砷含量最高的样品浓度为268.4ng·mL^(-1)。结论:本方法简便、可靠,适用于临床尿砷含量测定和筛查。Objective:To establish an atomic absorption spectroscopy method to determinate concentration of arsenic in human urine. Method:The analysis was carried on plating graphite tube,with zeeman background correction. We used PdCl2, KMnO4 and Triton X - 100 to deal with sample, and determined under 193.7 nm. Results:The linear range was 10 - 100 ng · mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9993 ) , the limit of quantitation was 10 ng · mL ^- 1, intra - tube RSD was 6. 23% -4.74% ,inter - tube RSD was 6. 30% -4.26%, recovery rate was 99.60% - 102.9%, RSD of quality control by 20,40,100 ng · mL^-1 was 10.63% ,7.88% ,5.57% ;we used this method on 158 patients' urine samples, the arsenic concentration in 75.95% samples was below limit of quantitation (10 ng · mL^-1 ), the highest arsenic concentration was 268.4 ng · mL^-1. Conclusion:This method is rapid, reliable and suitable for clinical samples screening.
