补肾壮骨丹对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松检测指标的影响

摘　　要：试通过对去卵巢大鼠不同时期骨质疏松相关指标的检测,为补肾壮骨丹治疗骨质疏松症提供实验依据。将雌性大鼠90只随机分为6组(假手术组、预防组、模型组、大剂量组、小剂量组、雌二醇组),分别于造模后和3、6个月检测体重、子宫重量、血清钙磷及碱性磷酸酶、骨钙磷含量、骨密度、并进行统计学分析。结果显示模型组体重明显高于正常对照组,子宫重量明显低于正常对照组,模型组骨钙磷含量、骨密度明显低于正常对照组,表明补肾壮骨丹对骨质疏松有明显预防治疗作用。he objective of the paper is to provide an experimental basis for treating osteoporosis by 'BUSHEN ZHUANGGU DAN'(BZD,TCD Pills for reinforcing the kidneys and strengthening the bones) through assaying the indices related to osteoporosis at different periods in ovariectomized rat.Ninety female rats were randomly divided into six groups: Group A as the sham-operated,Group B as the prevented,Group C as the modeled,Group D as the high-dose-treated,Group E as the low-dose-treated and Group F as the estradiol-treated;the body and uterus weights,calcium,phosphorus and AKP in the serum,levels of calcium and phosphorus in the bone and BMD were measured immediately,3 and 6 months after the modeling,respectively.The results showed that the body weights of Group C were significantly higher but the uterus weights,levels of calcium and phosphorus in the bone and BMD were significantly lower than those of the normal control Group A,suggesting that BZD has a significant preventive and therapeutic effect on osteoporosis.
