摘　　要：目的：建立用高效液相色谱法测定乐卡地平片含量的方法。方法：采用色谱柱Dismonsil^TM钻石C18（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-0．01mol／L乙酸铵溶液（含0．1％三乙胺，pH4．5，体积比65：35）；流速1．0ml／min；检测波长为356肿。结果：乐卡地平质量浓度在20～200ug/ml内，线性关系良好。结论：本方法快速灵敏、重现性好，测定结果准确可靠，可用于乐卡地平片的含量测定。Object： To develop a method for determining the content of lercanidipine in tablets. Methods： A Dismonsil^TM C18 （ 150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column was used. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile - 0.1% triethylamine in 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate （65：35,v/v） at a flow rate of 1 ml/min with the detect wavelength 356 nm. Results： The linear calibration curves was obtained in the concentration range of 20- 200 μg/ml（ r = 1）. Conclusion： This method was rapid, accurate, reproducible and suitable for the content determination of lercanidipine tablets.
