摘　　要：低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是机体的一种重要转录因子,其表达和活性受到细胞氧浓度的严密调控。它通过控制血管生成来调节氧的运输能力,通过调控糖酵解作用来增强机体对低氧的耐受。肿瘤的生长和血管生成与HIF-1的表达紧密相关,抑制HIF-1活性可能是治疗癌症的一种途径。另外,对HIF-1表达水平的药理学控制,可能也是治疗慢性肺疾患、脑缺血和心肌缺血等疾病的一种新思路。Hypoxia-inducing factor 1 （HIF-1） is an essential transeription factor, whose expression and activity are tightly regulated by cellular oxygen concentratiion. HIF-1 controls oxygen delivery via angiogenesis and promotes the tolerence to hypoxia via regalating glyeolysis. Tumor growth and augiogenesis are correlated with the expression of HIF-1, therefore, inhibiting the activity of HIF-1 may be a strategy for cancer therapy. Besides, Pharmacologic manipulation of HIF-1 in its expression level may provide a novel therapentic approach to chronic lung disease, cerebral and myocardial ischemia,and so on.
