摘　　要：急性等容血液稀释(ANH)是手术中常用的血液保护方法之一,能有效地减少手术出血和异体输血量及其带来的相关并发症。ANH将对机体生理功能产生一系列的影响,现就其对心脏方面影响的研究进展作一综述。Acute Normovolemic Hemodilution（ANH） is commonly used in operation for blood conservation, which can reduce the quantity of hemorrhage in operation and variant blood-transfusion and their related complication respectively. ANH will create a series of influence on the physiological function of body. The influence of acute nonnovolemic hemodilution （ANH） on heart is now being reviewed.
