丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂应用性能分析

摘　　要：对国产丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂SQ-100,SQ-150的性能做了分析研究。通过对比的方法测定了丙烯酸树脂成膜的物理机械性能及应用于皮革涂饰后涂层的性能。结果表明:国产丙烯酸树脂SQ-100,SQ-150在耐溶胀性、耐干/湿擦和耐寒性等方面,具有优异的性能;在粘接牢度方面与SB-100,SB-150相似,而在回弹性、断裂伸长率方面需改进提高。The properties of local of the acrylic resin films as well as the acrylic resin SQ - 100 and SQ - 150 were studied. The physical and mechanical properties performances of the coating film on the leather were determined. It shows that the resistance to swelling, resistance to dry and wet rubbing and cold resistance of of local acrylic resin is similar with that of SB - 100, SB - 150, whi need to be further improved. the SQ -100,SQ -150 are excellent. The cohesive strength le the elastic resilience and breaking extension of local ones need to be further improved.
