季铵盐型阳离子加脂剂的合成优化

摘　　要：通过均匀试验优化了油酸和三乙醇胺的反应条件,得到反应的最佳条件:物料摩尔比为1.0∶1.0、温度为145℃、时间为5.0h、催化剂用量为0.5%。在此条件下转化率95.8%。对产物进行红外分析,在1738cm-1和1170cm-1处出现酯键的特征吸收峰,说明形成了酯键。用季铵化试剂硫酸二甲酯将所制得的三乙醇胺油酸酯季铵化,再通过复配,制得季铵盐型加脂剂。The optimized reaction conditions for oleic acid and triethanolamine were confirmed through homogeneous experiments ： the molecular ratio of reaction materials was n （TAL） ： n （OA） = 1.0： 1.0, the temperature was 145℃, reaction time was 5.0h,the dosage of catalyst was 0.5% o The rate of conversion was 95.8%. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, and the characteristic absorption peaks of ester bond were observed in the region 1 738 cm^-1 and 1 170cm^-1. Then the eater of triethanol amine and oleic acid reacted with quaterisation agent dimethyl sulfate. At last the quaternary cationic fatliquor was prepared by mixing.
