摘　　要：目的:观察耳廓梯状复合组织游离移植修复鼻部分缺损的疗效,以探讨鼻部分缺损的有效修复手段。方法:应用保留真皮下血管网的梯状耳廓复合组织游离移植修复鼻部分缺损5例,移植物面积0.5cm×0.7cm￣1.5cm×1.8cm。结果:5例梯状复合组织游离移植后全部存活。术后随访4个月以上,移植物无明显回缩,鼻外形满意。结论:保留真皮下血管网的梯状耳廓复合组织游离移植修复鼻部分缺损,方法简便易行,术后鼻外形满意,面部显著部位不增加新的瘢痕。Objective To explore an effective method for the reconstruction of partial defect of nose, Methods Nose were reconstructed with free auricle complex tissue flap with subepidermal vascular net on 5 patients, The maximal area of implant is 1.5cm×1.8cm, Results The five implant survived and had no shrink 4 months after surgery. Meanwhile, these nose is satisfactory in shape. Conclusion It is simple and satisfactory to reconstruct the partial defect of nose with free auricle complex tissue grafting.
