摘　　要：目的:探讨重睑术后三种难治性并发症的手术矫正方法。方法:对287例重睑术后三种难治性并发症分别采用自行设计的手术方法进行矫正。结果:绝大部分病例经一次矫正,8例经2次矫正,3例经3次矫正。结论:重睑术后皱褶过高合并上睑凹陷及上睑下垂三联症是最难修复的并发症。Objective To explore the treating methods of three difficult curing complications after the double eyelids operation. Methods Three difficult curing complications after the double eyelids operation were corrected by different operation methods in 287 patients.these methods were designed by ourselives. Results The 287 w patients were corrected by us,with the successful results of 276 patients in I time,8 patienta in 2 times,3 patients in 3 times. Conclusion The most difficult curing complication is that the high fold and hollow of upper eyelid and ptosis were happened in the sametime after the double eyelids operation .
