摘 要:目的:评价时间分辨荧光免疫分析(TRFIA)技术在检测乙肝标志物中的应用价值。方法:采用TRF法对5项乙肝标志物检测,并同时进行微粒子酶免技术(MEIA)及ELISA法检测并统计分析。结果:乙肝标志物5项指标的日间变异系数均在5%以下,批内精密度的变异系数<5%,线性测定相关系数为1,各组理论值与实测值之间无差异。靶值与实测值有统计学意义(P<0.01)。乙肝标志物5项指标的携带互污染率小于1.5%,3种方法检测结果临床符合性一致。结论:TRF分析仪采用TRF法对乙肝标志物5项的检测中,TRF法灵敏度高,是一种比较理想的定量检测方法。Objective: To analyze the value of the time resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) on detecting the immune markers of hepatitis B virus. Methods: By TRF, the study detected five immune markers of hepatitis B virus comparing with those detected by the methods of micro particle enzyme immunoassay (MEIA) and ELISA. Results: The variance ratios of immune markers of hepatitis B virus were below 5 %, the variance ratios of precision were below 5%, and all linear correlative coefficients between theoretical and practical values were 1 in all the five serum HBV markers. The mutual pollution rates of immune markers of viral B hepatitis were below 1.5 %. All the results by the three methods accorded with the clinic diagnosis. Conclusion: TRF is a perfect quantitative method in detecting hepatitis B virus.
