摘  要:目的探讨HIFU抗早孕蜕膜细胞凋亡的机制。方法HIFU以10W/cm2辐照孕8d大鼠子宫90s。TUNEL法与免疫组织化学法检测蜕膜细胞凋亡及bcl-2和bax蛋白表达。结果辐照后蜕膜细胞凋亡率及bax/bcl-2比值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论HIFU诱导蜕膜细胞凋亡是其抗早孕机理之一,bax/bcl-2比值增高参与了蜕膜细胞凋亡调控。Objective To study the probable mechanism of rat abortion induced by high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) .Methods Rats with 8-day gestation were radiated with HIFU. The controlled group was established without radiation. Decidua cell apoptosis and the expressions of bcl-2 and bax were examined via TUNEL and immunohistochemical method. Results Decidua apoptosis rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05) .The bax /bcl-2 was higher than that of the control group (P〈 0.05) . Conclusions The decidua cell apoptosis induced by HIFU in rats might be associated with the bax and bcl-2,and may be one of the mechanisms of early anti-gestation.
