妇产科信息系统的研制与应用

摘　　要：目的针对妇产科内病人信息量大,管理不便尤其是常需快速查阅产妇超声检查结果的情况,研究利用计算机和数据库技术开发病人信息管理系统与本地PACS,实现科室病人信息的计算机管理和产妇超声检查结果的网络传输,提高工作效率。方法利用SQL数据库技术,建立适合科室实际的病人信息数据库,基于VC++6.0编制程序,实现病人信息的录入、查询,统计等功能,与医院信息系统连网,实现信息共享;与超声科连网,依照D I-COM3.0标准建立本地PACS,实现产妇超声检查结果的网络传输。结果针对妇产科室的实际开发了一套整合了PACS的病人信息管理系统,实际应用表明,应用该软件能提高病人信息管理的效率,方便快捷地进行信息统计、查询和随时调阅产妇的超声图像、诊断结果等。结论在信息化迅速发展的情况下,在妇产科管理中进行计算机应用与PACS的开发研究有较大的现实意义。Objective： In order to resolve the problems in patients＇information management and realize the network communications of patients＇ultrasound images, we research to develop a patient information system and local PACS by using computer and database techniques. Methods We construct and manage database by SQL techniques and develop software by VC ＋ ＋ 6. 0, we realized the input, query and statistics analysis of patients＇information and the system was connected with the hospital information system （ HIS ） and the department of ultrasound imaging, the patients＂ information and ultrasound images can be shared through network. Results We have developed a software which proved to be efficiently and practicable for statistics of patients＂ information and network communications of ultrasound images. The software was tested in our department and the results indicated that the system can improve work efficacy. Conclusion With the progress of information industry, it is accordingly necessary and beneficial to carry out the research on computer utilities in department of gynecology.
