摘 要:目的探讨芍芪多苷对CCl4致体外原代肝细胞损伤模型的保护作用及可能机制。方法建立CCl4致化学性体外肝细胞损伤模型,分光光度法检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,MTT法检测肝细胞存活率。结果芍芪多苷可降低原代肝细胞培养上清液中ALT、MDA水平,增加SOD酶活性,提高肝细胞存活率。结论SQDG对CCl4所致肝细胞体外损伤模型具有明显的保护作用。Objective: To study the therapeutic effects on and mechanisms of SQDG carbon tetrachloride - induced chemical injury primary cultured rat hepatoeytes. Methods The model of carbon tetrachloride - induced chemical liver injury in primary cultured rat hepatocytes was prepared. The levels of ALT, MDA content SOD activities in liver homogenate were assayed by spectrophotometry; The survival rate of CCl4 - injury hepatic cell was assayed by MTI' dye reduction. Results SQDG was able to significantly decrease ALT and MDA levels in the medium, furthermore., SQDG also improved the reduced SOD and the survival rate of hepatocytes. Conclusion SQDG has an obvious protective effect for the in vitro hepatoeytes injury caused by CCl4.
