摘　　要：首先分析了现有系统之间不能够进行互操作的根本原因,并带着这些问题对我国现代网络教育技术标准体系中的相关标准的信息模型进行研究,用标准将其规范化,从而实现系统间的互操作。并在研究了国内外学习管理系统建设的成果和经验的基础上,提出了一种全新的远程教育平台的软件解决方案,详细讨论了整体架构、标准化,并在J2EE平台上予以实现。This paper first presents the essential reason for impossibility of mutual operating in existing systems. Then information model of standards in modern - net education technology, standard system is investigated. Mutual operating can be done between systems after normalizing the model. Based on the experience and production abroad of study - management system construction, this paper proposes a novel software solution on long - distance education hench. Integer framework and standardization are discussed in details, and realization on J2EE bench is shown at last.
