摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腹部多发伤术后病人的健康教育。方法:将68例胸腹部多发伤病人按系统化整体护理的模式,从评估、计划、实施到评价,将健康教育始终贯穿于其中,采取恰当的沟通方式,促进病人的身心健康。结果:68例胸腹部多发伤病人,原发病未加重,未发生各种并发症,效果满意。结论:健康教育的实施,提高了手术成功率,有效的预防并发症,改变了病人对待疾病的态度,增强了抵抗疾病的信心,促进了护患关系的融洽,提高了护理质量,杜绝护理纠纷的发生,提高了病人对护理服务的满意度。Objective：Approach after the chest abdomen sends chests abdomen sends the wounded and sick person the pattern the wound technique patient＇ s health education, Methods：68 examples which nurses according to the systematized whole, from the appraisal, the plan, implements to the appraisal, throughout passes through the health education to among, adopts the appropriate communication way, promotes patient＇s healthy in mind and body. Results-68 examples chests abdomen sends the wounded and sick person, originally arises has not aggravated, has not had each kind of illness complication, the effect is satisfied. Conclusion：The health education implementation, enhanced the surgery success ratio, the effective prevention illness complication, changed the patient to treat the disease the manner, heighthened the resistance disease confidence, promoted to protect the trouble relations the harmony, enhanced has nursed the quality, ceased nurses the dispute the occurrence, enhanced the patient to nurse the service the degree of satisfaction.
