59例老年特发性便秘患者的心理评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年特发性便秘患者的心理状况,为今后的护理干预提供理论依据。方法:采取抑郁自评量表,焦虑自评量表等标准化心理测试工具对59例老年特发性便秘患者进行测试,并分析其相关性。结果:老年特发性便秘患者有较多的抑郁或焦虑情绪反应。结论:在特发性便秘患者的诊治和护理工作中应根据这一群体的特定心理特征,采取相应的心理干预策略。Objective：To investigate the psychological status with chronic idiopathic constipation in elderly patients to provide theory for future nursing. Methods ： Standard psychological test tools like depression （SDS） and anxiety （SAS） were applied to investigate 59 cares of chronic idiopathic constipation patients. Results：Chronic idiopathic constipation patients appeared to have more psychological reactions such as depression and anxiety. Conclusion ：Some specific status of chronic idiopathic constipation should be used in the treatment and care of patients with according to their specific psychological characterizes.
