摘　　要：本文对清华大学超低能耗示范楼的智能建筑信息集成系统的设计方案和实施过程进行了介绍和分析,着重介绍了ezIBS2.0集成系统的功能和特点。This paper presents and analyses the IBMS design and implementation of Tsinghua Low-energy Demonstration Building. Through the presentation of ezIBS＇ s performances and characteristics, the authors conclude that the ezlBS is a reliable AIF （Application Integration Framework） for an intelligent building integration.
