摘　　要：文章列举了大唐托克托电厂600MW机组应用状态检修的集约型管理模式。新机组试运后,在机组总体性能较好、局部有缺陷时,采用了局部小修代替全面大修的方式。介绍了通过故障诊断方法,早期诊断出低压动叶损坏,及时排除凝结水泵故障的情况。采用此种管理模式后,经济效益显著,与同类机组相比故障率可下降80%以上。The paper enumerates the intensive type management pattern of condition - based maintenance adopted in 600 MW generating units of Datang Twoketuo Power Plant. After the trial operation of new unit, if the over all performance of unit is comparatively better,for the existing local defects,local minor repair is employed in stead of complete major overhaul.This paper briefs the status of timely eliminating condensate pump fault throngh fault diagnosis,earlier diaqnosing the low pressure moving vane damage. Since this kind of management pattern was employed, obvious economic benefit has been obtained, the fault rate has dropped by over 80%,as compared with that of the same type units.
