摘　　要：分析了因不利大风使空冷岛形成热风回流的原因及曾发生过的危害与示例。汇总了目前全球为解决热风回流问题所采取的一些措施。提出了利用风能来消除空冷岛强热风回流威胁汽轮机停机故障的想法,以探讨解决空冷系统这个世界性难题。The paper analyzes the cause for the hot wind backflow resulting from the unfavourable large wind at air cooling island and the ever occurring harms and examples;sums up the some measures taken to solve strong hot wind back＇ flow presently throughout the worM;puts forward the idae：to make use of wind energy to eliminate the threaten of ＂strong hot wind backflow leading to the forced outage of steam,turbhae＂,to approach the solution of this worM＇s difficult problem of air cooling system.
