复合绝缘子脆断原因分析及对策

摘　　要：文章阐述了复合绝缘子脆断的现象。经分析指出:复合绝缘子发生脆断的主要原因是由于早期产品的制造工艺和原材料制造水平不高,致使芯棒在机械和弱酸的共同作用下引起的。文中还提出了防止脆断的对策,如更换早期产品,提高工艺水平等。The phenomenon of brittle fracture of composite insulator was elaborated. It is pointed out by analysis that the reason for brittle fracture of composite insulator is low level of manufacturing technology for raw material and early product, which causes core stick to be broken under mechanical force and weak acid. The countermeasures to prevent brittle fracture are put forward, such as replacement of early product and improving technology level.
