摘　　要：目的评价血管内激光微创治疗术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法对58例(76条)下肢静脉曲张患者采用血管内激光微创治疗术治疗,并对手术前、后的临床资料进行分析。结果全部患者患肢静脉曲张明显减轻,疗效满意。3例出现下肢肢体皮肤轻微灼伤,2例创口皮肤肿胀,1例曲张静脉消除不完全。结论血管内激光微创治疗术是治疗大部分下肢静脉曲张首选的微创手术方法。Objective To assess the effect of intravessel laser minimally invasive operation of lower limb varcose vein. Methods Different samples of 58 patients （76 legs） of lower limb varcose vein subject to intravessel laser minimally invasive operation were collected. The clinical data before and after operation were analyzed. Results All cases got perfect operation effect and varcose veins were removed entirely or almost. Minor skin burn occurred in 3 cases, skin swell of wound in 2 cases and some varcose veins were missed in one case. Conclusion Intravessel laser minimally invasive operation is the first choice of lower limb varcose vein.
