摘 要:高炉在喷吹高挥发性煤时,为避免煤粉着火及爆炸,保障供煤系统安全运行,必须在生产过程中对整个系统进行监控,使压力、温度、系统氧含量、CO含量等参数被控制在所要求的范围内。为此对喷吹高挥发分煤时的供煤系统(包括烟气系统、制粉系统、喷吹系统、喷煤量计量等)进行了改进并应用到生产实际中。结果表明,喷吹煤粉的挥发分能够提高到18%。During the injection of coal with high volatility in BF, the whole process must be well controlled in order to prevent the pulverized coal caused by burning and explosion and ensure a safe operation of the coal supply system. Several parameters, such as pressure, temperature, amount of oxygen and monoxide in the system must be controlled in the required ranges. In this paper, the development and equipment of the coal supply system inclu ding the systems for waster gas, coal grinder, measurement of the injected pulverized coal and results of using in production are introduced.
