摘 要:热带轧制模型(HSMM)是在美国十几家钢铁企业、北美金属协会及美国能源部的资助下经过长时间开发的软件,该软件可分析热轧过程的力能参数、温度变化、板形以及预测钢板的组织、性能。为了验证模型的精确性,该模型首次在中国针对攀枝花钢铁公司热轧板厂的具体情况分析了3个钢种,这里介绍Q235钢的分析结果。经过修正的轧制力和温度的预测值与在线系统的实测值基本吻合,力学性能的预测值与实测值的误差不大。同时该软件还分析了板形,并提出解决办法。The hot strip mill model (HSMM) is the software developed by many US companies and research institutes with long time effort, which can analyze evolution of temperature, rolling force and plate shape during hot rolling process, and predict structure and mechanical properties of final product. In order to prove reliability of the model, this model was used to analyze three steel products of the hot strip mill at Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company in china. In this paper the results of application of this software to analyze Q235 steel, were introduced the re suits showed, that the rolling force and temperature are in good agreement with the measured, the predicted mechanical properties are near to measured. At the same time, HSMM was used to analyze the strip shape with a solution.
