摘　　要：用溶胶-凝胶法合成了纳米TiO2光催化剂,并使用XRD、TEM和激光粒度分析仪对样品进行表征．探讨了制备条件:反应温度、溶胶pH值、水古量对其粒径大小的影响．研究表明:400℃煅烧主要为锐钛矿相,粒子基本为球形,平均粒径70 nm,没有明显的团聚现象．Nano-TiO2photo-catalyst powders were prepared with the sol-gel method and characterized by means of XRD, TEM and size analysis measurement. The effects of reaction temperature, the pH value and water content were discussed. The results show that at 400℃ for 2 hours, the particle becomes TiO2 in the state of anatase, its shape is spherical mostly with an average diameter of 70 nm and it has no agglomerate in it.
