云南省某矿区暗娼性病艾滋病危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解云南省某矿区暗娼性病艾滋病相关知识和性行为特征及影响因素。方法矿区暗娼约有150人,在相对集中的2个镇抽取48人,分别进行面对面访谈式问卷调查。结果矿区暗娼的服务人群57.1%是矿工,其次是民工和其他工人,占26.8%,服务人群相对固定。对艾滋病3种传播途径回答正确率为37.5%,有部分人认为共用毛巾、共同用餐也可以传播人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)。矿区暗娼中曾经出现下身增生物、下身流脓和生殖器破溃等性病疑似症状,分别占6.3%,4.2%和4.1%。安全套每次使用率为28.6%。结论矿区内存在相对封闭的性交易市场,暗娼性病艾滋病知识缺乏,安全套使用率低,应对她们采取干预措施。Objective To learn about the commercial sex workers（CSWs）STD/AIDS related knowledge and behavior characters. Methods A forty-eight convenience sample was selected from two relatively concentrated towns, and the face to face interview questionnaire was used. Results The 57.1% clietns of the CSWs were miners, the second groups were peasant workers and other workers（26,8 % ）, the CSWs＇ clients were relatively steady. The right answers to the three transmissions of HIV was 37.5 %, but some participants believed that sharing towels and food can also transmit HIV. There were some symptoms of vagina verruca（6.3 % ）, purulence （4.2 % ） and vagina unleere（4.1% ） in the mine CSWs. The rate of using condom in every sex intercourse was 28.6 %. Conclusion There are relative close sexual markets in the mine; the knowledge of the CSWs are poor; the condom using rate is low;so launch interventions to CSWs is very urgent.
