摘　　要：目的 了解中学生艾滋病（AIDS）知识、态度和行为及学校健康教育对其影响，为制定健康教育策略提供依据。方法 用整群随机抽样的方法，对浙江省德清县城镇和乡村学生，采取匿名自填式答卷方式进行调查。结果 中学生对艾滋病基本知识知晓率为60．9％～91．9％；传播途径知晓率为22．0％～93．1％；大部分中学生对艾滋病持正确态度，对感染者不存在歧视；大部分中学生赞同开展预防艾滋病的健康教育；城镇学生对艾滋病了解程度好于乡村学生（P〈0．05），对艾滋病感染者的歧视也更少（P〈0．05）。结论目前中学生对艾滋病的认识有一定的水平．应有针对性的开展预防艾滋病的学校健康教育，加强农村学校的艾滋病健康教育，提高青少年的自我保护意识和技能，做到知、信、行相一致。Objective To investigate the HIV/AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior among the middle school students and provide scientific basis for HIV/AIDS health education. Methods The survey was carried out on thirty - three classes of students through cluster sampling from 4 middle schools. All students were interviewed with anonymous uniform questionnaires by means of self- administration in the Deqing, Zhejiang province. Results Total of 1726 students was interviewed. The results showed that the awareness rate of HIV basic knowledge was 60.9 % - 91.9 %. The awareness rate of HIV transmission route was 22.0 % -- 93.1%. The attitude to HIV/AIDS of most students was correct and the discrimination to AIDS among them was not obvious. The awareness rate of the middle school students in the city was higher than that in the country （ P 〈0.05）. Discrimination was less severe among the students in the high middle school or in the city. Conclusion Currently middle school students know quite a lot of information on HIV/AIDS, and HIV/AIDS health education in the school is an effective method to help students to know more about HIV/AIDS. HIV/AIDS health education should be developed more and deeper to improve the awareness, technology and the skill of self - protection.
