摘　　要：森林功能主要包括维护生态安全功能、提供就业和社会服务功能、建设与发展功能、文化保护与承载功能、自然资源储备与再生功能与休闲和旅游保健功能6大类。针对每类功能进行详细论述,提出树立人与自然协调发展的道德观,稳定投入机制增加林业投入、加快林业改革进程、加强政府对林业工作的领导等建议。The forest function mainly includes safeguarding ecological safety, offer jobs and social service, the function of construction and development, culture protection and beating, natural resources reserve and regenerated function and recreation and travel health care. Describe in detail to each kind of function, put forward the moral concept of establishing people and nature harmous development, stable investment mechanism, accelerate the process of forestry reform, strengthen the direction of government to forestry.
