摘  要:通过液-液相转移法制备了纳米氧化钛有机溶胶。对制备的有机溶胶及水溶胶进行了UV-vis光谱、粒度分布等表征.并用数码照片直观的展现相转移效果。结果表明:表面活性剂的种类、浓度及HLB值对相转移影响显著;颗粒在水中及有机相中均具有较窄的粒度分布。研究了相转移机理及有机溶胶的电流变效应。该有机溶胶电流变液具有极低的漏电流密度、较宽的工作温区和较好的电流变效应:3kV/mm直流电场下,漏电流密度低于5μA/cm^2,200s^(-1)下电流变效率为15。介电性质测量结果说明这种有机溶胶具有较好的电流变效应。A novel liquid-liquid phase transfer method was employed to prepared nano titanate organosol. The hydrosol and organosol were investigated using UV-vis spectroscopy and laser particle size analyzer, and digital photos are used to exhibit the extracted effect. The results prove that the variety, concentration and HLB value of surfactant affect the phase transfer effect markedly. The as prepared organosol and hydrosol have a narrow size distribution. The phase transfer mechanism and the electrorheological effect of the organosol were studied. As the low current density, broad working temperature scale and good electrorheological effect, which under 3kV/mm dc electrical field, the current density is low than 5μA/cm^2 , elecrheological effect is 15 under 200s^-1. Dielectrie property was also employed to explain the good electrorheological properties.
