湖北省高职院校大学生心理压力应对方式的研究

摘　　要：为了考察湖北省高职院校大学生心理压力应对方式的特点,采用压力及压力应对方式问卷,对省内10所职业院校在校大学生采用随机抽样的方式进行了调查,共发出问卷1 014份,回收有效问卷974份,结果发现:1)37.78%的学生在学习和生活中承受着较高的心理压力;2)在面对压力时,很多学生采用的应对方式是消极、被动和不成熟的;3)在处理压力时,理想的应对方式是寻求心理咨询人员的帮助,但在实际生活中却不愿意选择咨询人员,最不理想的应对方式是寻求班主任或辅导员的帮助,同时在实际生活中也不愿意找老师和班主任或辅导员.In order to observe and study the characteristics of the response approaches of psychological pressure of students in Hubei provincial high vocational colleges,investlgated the students of 10 high vocational colleges in Hubei by random sampling using questionnaires of pressure and response approaches, send 1014 questionnaires totally and took back 974 effective questionnaires. Found that （1） 37. 78% students suffered strong psychological pressure in study and life; （2）when meeting the pressure,many students took response approaches which were negative, passive and immature （3） when dealing with the pressure, the ideal response approach was ro seek the help of psychological counsellors, but they didn＇t want to do like this in real life, the most unsatisfactory response approach was to seek the help of form master and assistant.meanwhile, they didn＇t want ro do llke this else in real life.
