宁心红杞胶囊对绝经妇女保健作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察长期服用纯中药制剂宁心红杞胶囊，对绝经妇女女性激素水平、临床症状、阴道脱落细胞及子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法在持续服用宁心红杞胶囊1～3年患者中随机选择绝经未逾5年妇女72例，年龄45～60岁，进行临床综合指标观察，测定服用后血清雌二醇水平；其中40例有完整临床检查资料者，比较服用前后血清雌二醇含量、临床症状、阴道脱落细胞及子宫内膜厚度等变化。结果长期服用宁心红杞胶囊后，患者雌二醇含量小幅度上升，并基本稳定在较安全范围，临床症状好转，阴道脱落细胞角化率上升，子宫内膜增殖在正常范围内，无阴道不规则流血现象。结论纯中药制剂宁心红杞胶囊对绝经妇女的保健作用效果确切、安全可靠。Objective To assess the long-term effects of Menoprogen for women with perimenopausal syndromes. Methods Seventy two women at the age of 45-60 years, who have had perimenopausal syndromes for no more than 5 years and orally taken Menoprogen for 1-3 years, were retrospectively evaluated with regard of improvements of menopausal symptoms and serum estrogen levels, and changes of number of vaginal exfoliate cells and endometrial thickness. Results The Menoprogen-treated women showed appropriate escalation of serum estrogen levels within safe margins, and significant improvements of menopausal symptoms according to the modified Kupperman scores and eosinophilic index. No significant endometrial hyperplasia and irregular vaginal bleeding were observed. Conclusion Menoprogen offers an alternative option in the management of menooausal syndromes.
