摘　　要：高校辅导员队伍建设应在科学发展观的指导下,按照全面、协调、可持续发展的原则,积极探索队伍建设的内在规律,创新队伍建设管理新机制,开拓人员流动发展的新途径。Group construction of university＇s counselor must under the guidance of the view of scientific development. According to the rules of comprehensiveness, coordinateness and continual development, we should explore the internal rules of the group construction of university＇s counselor actively, and create new principles of group construction of university＇s counselor, and furthermore develop new ways to promote the communication of university＇s counselor.
