摘　　要：东北老工业基地在中国经济发展过程中做出了重要贡献。改革开放以后,东北老工业基地由于各种原因出现了被边缘化的倾向。因此,充分利用有利的国外市场和资源对于振兴东北老工业基地具有十分重要的意义。把中国东北的发展置于东北亚区域内,有利于东北地区在开放的环境中获得振兴和发展。同时,中国东北地区的振兴也为周边国家的发展提供了机会,能够进一步促进东北亚区域经济合作的发展。The old industrial bases in Northeast China has made important contributions to the process of economic development. After the reform and opening up, it tends to be marginalized due to a variety of reasons. Therefore, making full use of the favorable foreign markets and resources is of great significance for the revitalization of old industrial bases in Northeast China. Placing the development of Northeast China in Northeast Asia is beneficial to the revitalization and development of this area in an open access environment. Meanwhile, the revitalization of northeast China provides opportunities for neighboring countries and will further promote the development of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia.
