摘　　要：软件产业已经成为推动世界各国国民经济发展的新的增长点,也是增强城市竞争力的重要产业。大连在城市环境、政府政策、人才资源等方面具有发展软件产业的比较优势。大连软件产业应抓住国家振兴东北老工业基地的发展机遇,通过国际市场的外包业务,开发国内市场,推行行业标准,采纳国际风险投资,增强国际间的合作,不断提高整个产业的竞争力。Software industry has become a new increasing point to push forward the development of national economy in the world. It＇s also a very important industry to enhance competition advantages for a city. Dalian has a lot of comparative advantages for the development of software industry in environment, government policies and human resources. We should take advantage of the development opportunity for Dongbei industrial base to enhance the competitiveness of the whole industry by outsourcing business, developing domestic market, accepting international industrial standards and investment capital and international cooperation.
