摘　　要：针对电路板线与(W-A)互连故障诊断问题,提出了一种较优的W-A抗误判互连诊断算法.该算法借鉴线或(W-O)互连诊断算法的研究经验,从数学的角度进行严格的分析证明,得到了一种与较优W-O抗误判互连诊断算法对等的适于W-A故障的互连诊断算法;另外,在保证W-A互连故障诊断能力不变的前提下,较目前较优的等权值互连诊断算法缩短了测试时间.论文给出了算法的详细描述、算法抗误判验证,最后将该算法与两个相近算法进行了性能比较,证明了该算法的有效性.To study the Wire-AND （W-A） interconnect fault diagnosis of PCB （printed circuit board）, a kind of optimal W-A anti-aliasing algorithm for interconnect test is put forward. Based on the research experience of W-O and the strict mathematical analysis, the W-A anti-aliasing algorithm can be obtained corresponding to the optimal W-O anti-aliasing algorithm. The test time of the algorithm is shorter than that of the equal weight algorithm without any change of the fault diagnosis capability. The particular descriptions and anti-aliasing validation of this algorithm are presented. At last the capability comparison between this algorithm and two close algorithms is drawn in order to prove its validity.
