摘　　要：移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)是异基因造血干细胞移植(HSCT)的主要并发症之一。近年的临床研究表明,GVHD与次要组织相容性抗原(mHAgs)有重要关系。本文综述mHAgs及其相关的研究进展。Graft versus host disease（GVHD） was a major complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT）, GVHD is greatly related with minor histocompatibility antigens （mHAgs） in recent clinical studies, This review summarized recent progress in mHAgs and related progress.
