摘 要:脐带血中含有造血干细胞,在治疗如白血病、再生障碍性贫血、淋巴瘤等疾病方面,它是除骨髓及外周血外的另一种造血干细胞来源。由于移植成功与否很大程度上取决于所输入的脐带血中所含造血干细胞数量,因此如何提高脐带血采集质量已成为亟待解决的问题。本文分析了采集方式对采集质量的影响,得出结论,即在经阴道顺产的情况下,体内采集法可比体外采集法获得更多的采集量、有核细胞数、CD3+4细胞数和集落形成单位细胞数(CFUs),但在剖腹产时两种采集方法产生相似的结果。随后分析了一些常见的产科和胎儿因素对采集质量的影响,发现胎盘重量和出生体重是采集质量的最佳衡量标准。Umbilical cord blood contains haematopoietic stem cells, which is another source besides bone marrow and peripheral blood in certain cases such as leukemia, aplastic anemia, lymphoma. Engraftment is mostly dependent upon haematopoietie progenitor cell content of the cord blood units,so how to imprnve colleetion quality has demaned prompt solution. We analyse the influence of collection strategy on eolleetion quality and conclude that in vaginal deliveries, utero collection grnup are better in the quantity of collected blood, nucleated cell,CD34^+ cells and CFUs than ex utero. But these two methods have no obvious difference in abdominal delivery. From the analysis of factors affectting collective quality in fetus and obstetrics, found that the placental weight and birth weight are the best standard in judging the quality of collected blood.
