摘　　要：心肾综合征是慢性肾衰竭和慢性心力衰竭中治疗的难题,它是引起老年人死亡的常见原因。本文就心肾综合征近年来发病机制及治疗进展进行综述。Cardiorenal syndrome is very difficult to copy with in chronic renal failure and chronic heart failure. It is the common reason resulting in the death of elder patients. This article reviews progress of cardiorenal syndrome in its pathogenesis and treatment.
