温经止痛方治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经30例

摘　　要：目的观察温经止痛方治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效。方法将60例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予温经止痛方治疗,对照组给予吲哚美辛治疗。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率80%,两组总体疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论温经止痛方是治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的有效方药。Objective To observe the efficacy of meridians warming and pain relieving prescription in the treatment of primary menalgia with cold coagulation and blood stasis. Methods 60 patients with primary menalgia with cold coagulation and blood stasis were randomized into therapeutic group and control group, which were giv- en meridians warming and pain relieving prescription and indomethacin respectively. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in therapeutic group,and 80% in control group. The effects of the two groups were significantly different. Conclusion Meridians warming and pain relieving prescription is effective for the treatment of primary menalgia with coldcoagulation and blood stasis.
