摘  要:为了解小麦蚕豆间作系统中小麦氮同化物的变化特征,探讨小麦蚕豆间作提高作物抗病性的可能机制,通过盆栽试验的方法,研究了小麦植株全氮含量、叶片游离氨基酸、叶片C/N比和叶绿素含量的动态变化及供氮水平对其的影响。结果表明,在不同供氮水平下,间作小麦分蘖期和抽穗期叶片全氮含量均显著高于单作小麦;灌浆期高氮水平(N150)下,间作小麦叶片全氮含量比单作小麦低12.7%;在灌浆期,在较低氮供应水平(N0、N75)下,间作小麦叶片游离氨基酸含量较单作小麦高85.7%和96.6%,单作小麦C/N较高;而在较高的氮水平(N150)下,间作小麦叶片游离氨基酸含量比单作小麦低32.4%,间作小麦C/N较高。整个生育期单作小麦叶绿素含量下降的速率均高于间作,间作对延缓灌浆期小麦叶片叶绿素含量下降的效果显著。高氮供应(N150)显著增加单作小麦叶片全氮含量和游离氨基酸含量,而对间作小麦影响不显著甚至降低游离氨基酸含量。The changes of nitrogen content, free amino acid,C/N ratio and chlorophyll content of wheat in wheat-faba bean intercropping system were studied by pot experiment with 3 N levels (0,75 and 150 mg N·kg^-1 soil). The results showed that leaf nitrogen content of intercropped wheat was higher than that of monocultured wheat at 3N level at tilling and booting stages, but was lower at heading stages. The free amino acid content in intercropped wheat leaf was higher by 85.7% and 96.6% at 0 and 75 mg N·kg^-1 soil levels, respectively, but decreased by 32.4% at 150 mg N·kg^-1 soil level compared to that in monocultured wheat at grain filling stage. The leaf C/N ratio of intercropped wheat was higher than monocultured wheat at higher N level(150 mg N· kg^-1 soil), but was lower at lower N level(0 and 75 mg N · kg^-1 soil). The decrease rate of chlorophyll content of sole cropped wheat was higher than intercropped wheat. The decrease of chlorophyll content of intercropped wheat was significantly delayed during filling stage. Higher N applications increased the content of N and free amino acid of monocultured wheat significantly, but was no significant effect on N content, and decreased the free amino acid content of intercropped wheat at grain filling stage.
