摘  要:为给小麦优质、高效、安全生产提供理论指导和品种保障,2003年对河南省大面积推广小麦品种的重金属含量进行了测定,结果表明,河南省主要小麦品种重金属含量均未超过国家相关标准。2004年对鹤璧市卫河堤岸内侧土壤重金属检测表明,其土壤Cd含量为10.5mg/kg,严重超过国家标准(0.6mg/kg)。在此土壤环境下测定小麦植株各部位重金属含量,结果表明,重金属Cd的积累量因品种、部位的不同而不同,品种间籽粒Cd含量为0.102~0.168mg/kg,均超过国家标准(0.100mg/kg)。小麦各部位Cd积累大小次序为根〉叶〉茎〉鞘〉籽粒〉颖壳。Analysis on the absorption characteristics of neavy metalsby wheat varieties offered theoretical guidance and practilal methods for excellent quality, efficient and safe production of wheat. The results showed that contents of heavy metals do not exceed the corresponding criterion of green foodstuff by measuring the contents of heavy metals in the wheat of different varieties grown in 2003. The detection of heavy metals in riverside soil of hrerside of weihe river in 2004 showed that the content of Cd was 10.5 mg/kg, which was seriously exceed the corresponding criterion(0.6 mg/kg). Under this soil environment the accumulation of Cd in different organs of different wheat varieties were measured. The results showed that the accumulation of Cd were various in different genetypes and organs. The contents of Cd in seed grains varied from 0. 102 mg/kg to 0. 168 mg/kg, which exceed the corre sponding national criterion ( 0.1 mg/kg). The order of the accumulation of Cd in organs was that root 〉leaf〉stem〉 vagina〉seed〉 glume,which varied from 0.073mg/kg to 0. 483 mg/kg.
