摘 要:为了解氨苄青霉素对小麦形态、生理及产量的影响,在小麦(郑州9023品种)的三叶期,以不同浓度(0、400、600、800、1 000和1 200 mg.L-1)的氨苄青霉素水溶液进行叶面喷施处理,分别测定了喷后不同时期小麦叶片中叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性和冬前分蘖数,并在收获时对其经济产量进行了测算。结果表明,氨苄青霉素可使苗期小麦叶片的叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性和冬前分蘖数增加,最终使产量有较为明显的提高,其中效果最好的处理浓度为800 mg.L-1。In order to explore the effect of ampicillin sodium on the morphology, physiological change and grain yield of wheat, the leaves of Zhengzhou 9023 were sprayed with different concentrations of the ampicillin sodium solution (0, 400, 600, 800, 1000 and 1 200 mg·L^-1) at three leaves stage. Chlorophyll contents, activity of nitrate reductase and tiller number before winter were measured in different period after spraying, and the grain yield was be investigated in harvest season. The results indicate that ampicillin sodium can increase the chlorophyll contents and activity of nitrate reductase in leaves and tiller number, the output was enhanced markedly. The effect of 800 mg· L^-1 is the best.
