摘  要:为探讨大田条件下硒对小麦抗氧化性能及籽粒中硒含量的影响,以亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)和富硒增产素为硒源,从硒的用量、形态和喷施时间三个方面进行了分析。结果表明,喷硒后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高;小麦根系活力和旗叶游离脯氨酸含量明显高于对照;小麦籽粒硒含量最高为对照的3.3倍,各处理均表现出增产趋势,最高增产5.1%。富硒增产素喷施效果优于亚硒酸钠,孕穗期喷施比灌浆期喷施效果好。In order to understand the influence of the selenium to the flag leaves of wheat on the Antioxidation systems and the yeild under the field condition, the effects of the form and treat-time applying Na2SeO3 and the agent of rich selenium were analyzed. The results showed that GSH-Px Activity of wheat flag leaves kept relatively high; the root activity and content of free proline in flag leaves of wheat enhanced; the content of selenium in wheat grain are as 3.3 times as in the contrast wheat grains. All the treatments showed the tendency of increasing yield with maximum of 5.1%. The agent of rich selenium is better than Na2SeO3, and the effect at booting stage is better than at grain filling stage.
