摘 要:合成了阳离子羟丙基瓜尔胶(CHPG),研究了该系列瓜尔胶衍生物对旧报纸脱墨浆的助留助滤作用。结果表明,在一定用量范围内,随着CHPG用量增加,细小组分留着率提高,浆料的打浆度下降;当氮含量为1.98%的CHPG用量为0.6%时,浆料打浆度下降17°SR,细小组分留着率增加60个百分点;而相同氮含量的阳离子瓜尔胶(CGG)用量为0.6%时,细小组分留着率增加48个百分点,表明羟丙基侧链促进了吸附架桥作用。阳离子取代度越大,CHPG的助留助滤性能越好;CHPG能够补偿细小组分留着率提高带来的强度损失。This paper discussed retention and drainage properties of a series of eationie-hydroxypropyl guar gum derivatives (CHPG), which were successfully synthesized in our lab. The experimental data showed that with increasing dosage of CHPG, the fines retention increases and heating degree of the pulp descends. For 0.6% dosage of CHPG1, beating degree decreases by 17°SR which indicates the pulp drainage property increased by 38. 6%. The fines retention is 2.3 times higher than that of the blank sample when the dosage of CHPG1 is 0.6%. However, cationic guar gum(CGG) with the same N content has a poor performance. With the same dosage, the drainage property only increases by 27.5%, and fines retention only increases by 48.0%. This shows that side-chain of hydroxypropyl groups is beneficial to adsorption bridge behavior of fines suspension. Better performance of CHPG with the increase of N content in CHPG is observed. Addition of CHPG is able to compensate the strength loss of handsheet resulting from the increase of fines retention to some extent.
